CATCH THE MOMENT (home)

After almost 6 years of construction, it was finally completed - Knuffingen Airport - a real masterpiece. Not only faster than the BER, but in the first few years with approx. 250 flight movements more than the BER, which is currently at 350 flight movements - RESPECT.

But respect for the technical performance - not only the individual functions such as lights during day and night (approx. 2,500 LEDs, 52 airplanes and 90 remote-controlled vehicles) - but above all the processes are amazing. Planes are waiting in a queue, waiting until a plane has landed and cleared the runway - planes that drive into the parking bay as if by magic and the escalators are driven up after arrival - simply worth seeing....
