Baltic States Ukraine (2025)

The Baltic states are particularly supportive of Ukraine, as they share a common historical experience with Russian occupation and feel existentially threatened by the war in Ukraine.
During the 20th century, the Baltic states were forcibly annexed by the Soviet Union and only regained their independence after its collapse. This traumatic past has left a deep distrust of Russia, which is being exacerbated by the current war of aggression against Ukraine.
They fear that Russia could target the Baltic states after Ukraine, a risk further compounded by the geographical proximity and Moscow's military threats
In short: definitely worth a trip, as is the entire Baltic States.
